With 20 years of experience as a recruiter and most recently, a business developer, Rosie has built a legacy of trust across her wide network of healthcare executives across the country. She has built a trusted reputation with her clients as someone who will work tirelessly to meet their needs while applying her expertise to help executives secure the elusive ideal candidate.
Rosie’s in-depth healthcare experience helps her succeed in her role; before joining Morgan Consulting Resources, Rosie spent over 15 years in the healthcare field—focusing on health benefits, managed care, and workers’ compensation. While working in the sector, she created new product lines, improved the efficiency of existing programs, and honed her passion and expertise of developing her staff, to realize their full potential.
In addition to growing her flourishing career at Morgan Consulting Resources, Rosie is passionate about serving her community. She is a founding member of Nevada Executive Women in Healthcare, and she works to improve educational opportunities for children in the Clark County School District in Las Vegas, Nevada. Outside of work, Rosie loves to spend time outdoors—intentionally taking time to hike the Las Vegas landscapes and enjoy quiet sunrises on the beach. It is also a not-so-well-kept ‘secret’ that Rosie has never met a piece of chocolate she didn’t like….(especially M&M’s).
