- Rank them: We will work with you to help you rank your top candidates for the job. And while you’re making your decisions, we’ll keep all viable candidates warm so that you have as many options as possible.
- Make your decision: You’ll choose your top candidate and make the offer. We’ll be there for you throughout the entire process, conducting negotiations as needed to achieve the ideal win-win for both parties.
- Make the hire: Congratulations! You have an exciting new member of your team. And to make sure everything is going smoothly with your new hire, we’ll follow up and check in with you and the new employee.
