Donna has served as a valued member of Morgan Consulting Resources since 2004. She brings a unique set of skills to our team—combining her solid management experience in the financial, strategic planning, operations, and sales realms with her savviness and agility to handle the demands of an evolving enterprise.
Donna has a keen eye for detail and a passion for venturing into analytical projects to find the ‘story’ within the data. Her refined business perspective and her background in executive search, medical, ophthalmology, and radiology practices as well as oversight in other industries, allow her to tackle multifaceted projects and realize efficiencies. She evolves our firm by improving our core processes across a broad range of areas -- from internal operations to executive search initiatives.
In 2012, Donna relocated from her hometown of Las Vegas, NV to the Pictured Rocks National Lake Shore in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Donna still spends a good deal of time out West to nurture her deep roots in Las Vegas. Also in her free time, she and her husband indulge in home improvement projects and spending time in nature; this often involves gardening with seeds from around the world, the bounty of which she shares with family, friends, and the community.
