A seasoned recruitment consultant with over a decade of experience, Amy has a passion for making sound, mutually beneficial candidate-client placements through her in-depth understanding of the full recruiting process and her client-centered approach.
Prior to joining Morgan Consulting Resources, Amy served as a Vice President Search Consultant at Cejka Search, where she partnered with healthcare organizations to recruit C-level executives, physician leaders, key members of senior management, and academic medicine faculty. Amy also has served as Senior Healthcare Recruiter at Gallagher MSA Search where she specifically focused on executive healthcare search and placement.
Amy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from the University of Kansas. In her free time, Amy enjoys travel—specifically to the beach—and watching sports…but not just any sports, as she is an avid Kansas Jayhawks Basketball and Kansas City Chiefs fan. She also enjoys spending time with her three active daughters.
