As a dynamic member of the Morgan Consulting Resources team, Alex is a natural-born recruiter. He has built his career around recruiting as he pursued roles in the college recruiting, insurance recruiting, and finally, healthcare recruiting, arenas. Today, one of Alex’s specialties is collaborating with clients and helping them to find teams of professionals and consultant-level talent who will allow them to handle the workload spikes associated with CMS audits, Medicare bids, system conversions and updates, new product rollouts, and other simultaneous initiatives.
Alex focuses his time equitably on both clients and candidates—and has a passion for making the best possible matches for all parties involved in the recruiting process. He prides himself on being consultative and extremely collaborative—and always doing the right thing, regardless of circumstance. His clients appreciate Alex’s dedication to helping clients and candidates to the best of his ability, even if the task may fall outside of his scope of work.
Alex earned his undergraduate degree at Northwest Missouri State University, where he was the executive student body president – and he enjoys supporting alumni events, today, as time allows. Now residing in Chicago, in his free time, Alex enjoys spending time reading, playing tennis, and enjoying Lake Michigan. He also enjoys visits to see his family in his hometown of Kansas City, MO.
