The Big Stay is validated by LinkedIn global data which shows that attrition rates have dropped 26% year-over-year, and by even more since the height of the Great Resignation. Attrition rates fell faster for certain industries such as hospital/healthcare which dropped 31%. Data also indicates the vast majority of workers are currently experiencing higher job satisfaction and good work/life balance—which is both positive and challenging for companies looking to hire.
